STRIKE UP Baseball Mentoring program
STRIKE UP Baseball Mentoring is a company that provides private baseball/softball instruction to players who are serious about developing their game. This obviously includes the "physical" aspects of the game, but will also include mental, visual, off-season, & academic training to complete their entire game/life.
The goal of STRIKE UP is to develop Success by creating the Ultimate Player. Our definition of Success is, "through hard work and determination, each individual will progress in becoming THE BEST they are CAPABLE in BECOMING!" This doesn't guarantee you'll become a major leaguer and/or play in college, but it guarantees that through YOUR hard work and doing YOUR best, YOU WILL become a SUCCESS!
STRIKE UP is simply an acronym meaning: Success Tenacity Responsibility Integrity Knowledge Effort = Ultimate Player. This is what our players will be exposed to in developing their skills. We hope this fits what you're looking for in a mentor.

Bob Anderson has coached baseball players for over 40 years. His coaching includes players at the youth level, high school, collegiately, internationally for the United States, and scouting professionally for the Cleveland Indians. He has hundreds of players who have earned the opportunity to play at every level of the game. Bob has won countless awards, honors, and championships over those 40 plus years including being named the 2009 ESPN-Rise CAL-HI California Coach of the Year. He currently is the Head Coach/Field Manager for the Redding Colt 45’s Collegiate Summer Program. Feel free to view the Bio and listed Testimonials about him.
STRIKE UP will accommodate player requests based on availability. This can be from short term mentor planning to the different levels of memberships. The longer the membership, the more private mentoring lessons a player will receive. (see below). For instance, those individuals who pay for a 3 Month Membership (12 sessions) receive one session free. A 6 Month Membership (24 sessions) receive two sessions free and a 10 Month Membership (40 sessions) receive four sessions free. Click on the “Session” and/or “Membership” for specific details. Also included with memberships will be a “free” monthly group session on an aspect of the game. These will change month to month throughout the year. Non-members may attend for $15.00 a session.
